Job Summary

Lecturers teach one or more undergraduate and/or graduate sections in a given term. Appointments carry no guarantee or expectation of renewal or tenure.

The Harry W. Bass Jr. School of Arts, Humanities, and Technology at The University of Texas at Dallas invites applications for part-time lecturers to teach courses in the Critical Media Studies area, including courses in digital media theory and intersectional feminist approaches to digital technology.

Minimum Education and Experience: An earned graduate degree appropriate to the academic discipline/topic and at least one year of experience as a teaching assistant or instructor of record.

Preferred Education and Experience: ABD or PhD in digital media studies or digital humanities, a record of scholarly achievement, and at least one year of experience as an instructor of record.
