Monday – Friday, between 8:30 am – 5:30pm
Nights and weekends as needed.
Job Summary
Outreach assistants will work with the Advertising and Outreach Coordinator to create graphics, capture photos and videos of events and programs. Assist with social media management and other outreach opportunities.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Preference to students enrolled in marketing and / or digital media and design programs. Customer service, attention to detail, time management and initiative are preferred qualities of applicants.
Does this position have supervisory responsibilities?
No
Preferred Education/Experience
Event Supervisors will serve as a first responder. CPR/ AED/First Aid certifications are required for Event Supervisors. Free certification classes will be available to all new employees who are not currently certified. Student employees are expected to maintain a current certification throughout their employment.
