Entry Level Manufacturing

ORDER PICKER – DAYS & NIGHTS

• Prior experience pulling orders, building orders, material handling, and forklift preferred
• Pull daily assigned orders.
• Load outbound shipments and unload inbound shipments.
• Meet efficiency requirements for tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Exposure to heat and cold.

EXTRUSION OPERATOR

• Operation of the extrusion line.
• Make proper adjustments to machine settings to keep it running.
• React quickly to provide necessary adjustments to remain in specifications.
• Follow directions from management regarding length and color choices to be run.
• Meet required labor and machine efficiencies.
• Perform continuous quality checks.
• Maintain the department’s 5S program.
• Perform PM’s on extrusion lines and support equipment.
• Perform basic mechanical and electrical repairs.

PACKER

• Inspect and pack appropriate number of defined product into boxes.
• Place proper labeling on boxes.
• Follow work instructions.
• Meet required efficiencies.
• Perform continuous quality inspections.

INJECTION PACKER

• Inspect and pack product.
• Meet required efficiencies.
• Perform continuous quality inspections.

MACHINE OPERATOR 1

• Monitor machine to ensure quality and thru-put are maintained.
• Load components, parts and labels as necessary.
• Ensure machine is operating as designed and to immediately notify supervisor of any irregularities.
• Perform continuous quality inspections; along with all required check sheets and documentation.
