Housing Program Intake Coordinator

This position is primarily responsible for client processing and documentation of eligibility for our home rehabilitation program. This position also provides support to the Construction Program Director.
Job Type: Full-time, on-site (Monday-Friday, 8 am – 5 pm)
Pay: $16.00/hour - $22.00/hour commensurate with skills and experience
Job duties/responsibilities:
Answering phones
Preparing permits
Data tracking for reporting requirements
Preparing files for monitoring/audits
Assists with coordinating volunteer assignments
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong telephone, computer skills, and Office Suite knowledge required
Must be able to communicate with people from a broad range of socio-economic backgrounds
Must be able to multi-task as this can be a fast-paced environment at times
Candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check
