Job Duties

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of AEP Tutorial labs and services, as well as coordinate both large- and small-scale residential AEP programming.
  • Assess and address student and staff need effectively, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and managing all maintenance requests in the AEP labs.
  • Coordinate outreach efforts for students at risk of academic underperformance.
  • Coordinate comprehensive staff training sessions for AEP student staff, including recruitment, training, supervision, and evaluation.
  • Manage the monitoring and implementation of intervention, resource, and retention programs for academically at-risk students, specifically those with a cumulative GPA below 2.0.
  • Develop and facilitate academic success workshops, small group discussions, and individualized consultations focusing on topics like time management, study skills, and financial literacy for students with GPAs below 2.0
