LocaliQ Managed Services is an award winning, innovative, full-service digital advertising agency. We provide full, hands-on, Paid Search and Paid Social account management services for higher spending clients within the SMB space.

 

As an Sr. Account Associate, Digital Marketing, on our Managed Services (MS) team, you will report to a Senior Manager/Account Director and perform the day-to-day management of digital advertising campaigns for a portfolio of strategic key accounts. In this role, you will be ambitious, hyper-focused on communication, data-driven and have at least 1 -2 years of demonstrated success managing paid-search and social marketing initiatives.

 

Our ideal candidate must have a background in digital marketing, working knowledge and understanding of the digital marketing landscape, understanding of emerging trends, and minimum 1 -2 years experience working on and optimizing search, display and social media campaigns. Ideal candidate must be a self-starter, be proactive, can work independently on tasks, work well with a team, and follow through on projects. Candidates must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Our ideal candidate will have an insatiable curiosity and enthusiasm for digital marketing and can inspire excitement and learning throughout the team.


About Your Responsibilities

  • Manage campaign strategy and execution for paid search and paid social platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Facebook Ads for lead generation and/or e-commerce clients.
  • Perform key day-to-day activities such as keyword research, ad copy development, bid optimization and competitor analysis.
  • Run and build reports on campaign results and deliver findings in a clear and client-facing format
  • Daily and Weekly reporting and analysis of trend data from Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads and Facebook Ads among other platforms
  • Balance daily and monthly account budgets
  • Proactively research accounts and provide ongoing opportunities that align with client goals.
  • Conduct QBRs and present on success and our value to stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision makers.
  • Manage client goals and expectations in order to set realistic targets
  • Hold regularly scheduled meetings with clients, providing performance updates and strategy discussions
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on industry trends and stay informed on best practices in the search and social space
  • Verify and integrate conversion tracking, as needed, leveraging our tech implementation team wherever required
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure strategy is executed effectively


Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 1 - 2  years of experience in an SEM or Paid Search focused role. Digital Marketing agency experience preferred.
  • Prior experience managing campaigns in Google Ads, and/or Microsoft Ads (a bonus if you have Facebook experience!)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Excel skills, including but not limited to: advanced formulas, tables & formatting, conditional formatting, pivot tables and pivot reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills, i.e., the ability to identify trends from data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task while driving results.
  • Tenacity, flexibility, dependability and the ability to grasp and manage the search engine marketing process.
  • Excellent oral, presentation and storytelling skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and eagerness to work as a member of the team while providing client ad account ownership.
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $43,000and $81,000.  Variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and union representation, if applicable.
