Well established Law Firm has an immediate opening for a Legal Administrator. Direct day-to-day office operations, interface with firm vendors, enforce office procedures, recruit, hire, and onboard new employees to the firm. Oversee all employee benefits, payroll and HR issues. Prepare and issue checks for day-to-day operations of the firm. Initiate annual evaluation process for staff and follow through to completion Prepare management reports as needed. Interface with Firm's accountants. Organize firm-related meetings and events. High school diploma or equivalent and a two-year degree program in public administration, human resources, paralegal studies, or similar area is required - Bachelor's degree is preferred. Knowledge of the legal industry, (legal research, legal terminology, and case management practices) is valuable. Exceptional computer skills including MS Office (word, excel, and email) is crucial.
