Call Center Representative/Collector

NJ Law firm has an immediate opening for a FT collector/account representative. We are seeking both Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) and English only candidates. Collections, legal or customer service experience is a plus. Applicant must deal well with people, have good communications skills, and be able to handle a high volume of work. We practice compassionate but effective collection techniques. Thorough regulatory and procedure training provided. Competitive salary, benefits & opportunity with a growing collection department. There are also monetary incentives that are included with the position that are paid monthly, and these will vary depending on the performance of the agent.
