Meeting and Events Planner
ComeTogether, Corp. is an Incoming Agency & DMC servicing all of the major U.S. and Canadian regions since 1996. ComeTogether specializes in the organization and logistics of corporate conventions, incentive groups, and major meetings. The headquarters are located in California, in L.A.'s westside. Clients include pharmaceutical and automotive industries, major insurance companies, and financial institutions. Clientele offices are located throughout the world, focusing on Germany and other European countries.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
You will lead and coordinate all aspects of multiple pharmaceutical meetings for international clients.
Requirements
You have 3 years of solid experience in planning and executing pharmaceutical meetings, i.e. investigator- and advisory board meetings, as well as convention services; coordinating the logistics of small and large groups participating at international pharmaceutical conventions.
- background in pharmaceutical rules and regulation (i.e.: Sunshine Act, GDPR, budget compliance for international participants)
- full Key Account responsibility
- demonstrate good judgment in making decisions and managing events; skill in effectively meeting budget & time constraints; able to re-prioritize
- self-motivated and solution-oriented
- proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs
- independent as well as teamwork required
- excellent verbal & written communication skills
- contract negotiations skills
Additional Responsibilities & Expectations
- consult with customers to meet their needs - identify additional areas to develop business within the client
- compose proposal in Excel and PowerPoint format
- domestic travel required, 5-7 day trips
