Arc Human Services is hiring an Incident Management Administrator to join our team! The candidate for this position will work in one of our satellite offices either in Allegheny County , Westmoreland County or Dubois areas . This would be based on the candidates' home location. This opportunity has the possibility of remote flexibility once established with the company.
This position will be responsible for oversight of Incident Management and Certified Investigator Processes to ensure regulatory compliance. This position requires high ethical standards and a reputation for honesty and credibility. Provides expert guidance to management regarding appropriate corrective measures to mitigate incident risk. Must possess excellent judgement with the ability to independently solve problems with little supervision. Good organizational skills, excellent documentation and professional writing skills, and experience in Excel and virtual meetings required.

Qualifications
Certification, Licenses, Registrations:
Valid Pennsylvania Driver's license with clean driving record for the past three (3) years. PA State Criminal Background Check, DHS FBI and Child Abuse Clearance. Certified Investigator certification obtained within 12 months of hire and maintained thereafter.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Must have experience in EIM, HCSIS and investigations. Must have experience in Excel and data tracking and analysis. ODP experience is preferred
